The general scope at each site shall include the purchase and installation of playground equipment and two shade structures at each site. The new and refurbished portable buildings will be owner purchased and installed on raised foundations with ramps, contractor will be responsible for preparing site for building placement. This scope will require the contractor to extend existing utilities, including water, sewer, electrical / low voltage, and fire alarm and making final utility connections of the portable buildings shown at each campus. The overall project will also include DSA required accessibility and fire life safety upgrades to the five elementary school campuses as shown in the drawings.
