Description Moffat County Ice Arena Insulation Retrofit. Each Bid over $25,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty consisting of a properly Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Contractor's bid, without conditions, payable to BOCC. Any bid that is in excess of $50,000.00, if awarded, will be required to provide 50 percent (50%) of the contract amount coverage in Performance Bond and Payment Bond as required by Colorado Revised Statutes 38-26-106. The bond must be with surety companies satisfactory to BOCC.
