Site work and paving for a road / highway in Conyers, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Conyers City Council is soliciting sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials and equipment for approximately 8.12 miles of asphaltic concrete pavement milling, patching, crack sealing, resurfacing, striping, and cement stabilized base reclamation on numerous streets in the City. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than Thursday, April 18, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. EST. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. All bidders shall be prequalified and all subcontractors shall be registered with the Georgia Department of Transportation. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Prior to contract execution, a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract will be required from the awarded bidder.
