INLIVIAN will receive proposals to provide Vacant Grounds Maintenance Services. The Performance Work Statement includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for Vacant Grounds Maintenance Services at twenty-seven (27) vacant lots owned and/or managed by INLIVIAN throughout the City. In addition, before any work begins, respondents must have General Liability, Business Automotive and Workers Compensation insurance coverage. Respondents must possess all permits, certifications, registrations and licenses as required by local, state and federal codes to perform the work specified. It is the intent of INLIVIAN to select more than one Contractor to perform these services; however, INLIVIAN reserves the right to select just one Contractor should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the INLIVIAN. INLIVIAN is seeking proposals from a firm(s) or individual(s) to furnish Vacant Grounds Maintenance Services in strict accordance with the specifications as outlined in Exhibit A - Performance Work Statement for Vacant Grounds Maintenance Services and all other requirements as specified in this solicitation package. The successful candidate shall be required to possess all applicable licenses, certifications, insurance and bonding.
