Renovation of a municipal facility in Palatka, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,161-square-foot municipal facility.
General and Building Contractors for the renovations of the Clerk of Courts Customer Service Center, located at 106 N 6th Street, Palatka, Florida 32177. Base Bid: The work shall consist of but is not limited to a 4,161 SF renovation of the Clerk of Court Customer Service space. The base bid includes a 2,074 SF area to be renovated, and the bid alternate includes a 2,087 SF area to be refinished. The scope of work for the base bid will offer upgrades including a new suspended ceiling system, new paint, new flooring, and finishes adding a reception area, three offices, one meeting/flex room, and an open workspace containing seven new workstations. Existing restrooms will be renovated, and the existing HVAC system will be reworked, and additional power and data will be installed. Alternate Bid: The alternate bid scope of work includes upgrades to existing finishes, ceilings, and floors along with new paint. The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Putnam County complies with all federal statutes relating to non-discrimination. Putnam County is an equal opportunity employer. Failure to follow the Bid Protest procedures prescribed by the Putnam County Purchasing Ordinance shall constitute a waiver of your protest and any resulting claims.
