The Work, in general, consists of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, and equipment, for installation of new water main along Industrial Drive including approximately 30 LF of 8-inch and 150 LF of 12-inch ductile iron pipe through open cut installation, approximately 450 LF of 12-inch HDPE DR 11 pipe through directional drilling, associated site restoration including pavement repair and curb restoration, and all related Work as shown in the Bid Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with Indiana law. Owner may reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the work when and as contemplated therein.
