Site work for a water / sewer project in Fairview, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of June 11, 2024, project was awarded to Klinginsmith awarded amount is $236,013.50.** The project generally consists of the installation of approximately 2,000 lineal feet of 8 inch diameter PVC water line, including valves, hydrants and other appurtenant and restoration activities. The Owner will furnish materials (i.e. C-900 PVC pipe and fittings, valves, hydrant assemblies, copper tubing, curb boxes and valves, bedding and backfill material and other materials and hardware as specified) for installation by the Contractor. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. Any CONTRACTOR who has pending litigation with the FAIRVIEW TOWNSHIP WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY is NOT eligible to bid on this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. All questions must he answered and the date given must be clear and comprehensive.
