Renovation of a municipal facility in Brewster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Site Address: 456 Flax Pond Road Site Directions: DYS Stephen L. French Youth Forestry Camp 456 Flax Pond Road Brewster, MA 02631 The project consists of in general removing existing screwed attached beds and dressers and storing them within the Cabin to perform the new work, removing existing sheet vinyl flooring, vinyl base and plywood sub-floor, prepping base floor, furnishing and installing new "cdx" plywood sub-floor and new vinyl plank flooring with new vinyl base. The existing bath/shower room sheet vinyl flooring, base and plywood sub-floor shall be removed and new "cdx" plywood installed with new sheet vinyl flooring and base. All plywood sub-floor shall be screwed attached four inches on center. Re-install existing beds and dressers in original locations and secure with screw attachment. Est. Value: $ 145,000.00 Questions concerning this solicitation must be in writing and must be received no later than Monday April 22, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. Questions received after such date and time will not be considered.
