Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Inkster, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Each proposal must be accompanied by an acceptable bid security in the form of a certified check or standard form bid bond, made payable to the City of Inkster in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid submitted. Failure of any accepted Bidder to enter into contract for the work will cause forfeit of this bid security. After contracts for the work have been signed, all bid securities will be returned. 100% Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond will be required on the project. Costs of bonds, if so required, shall be included in the Base Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in bids, to reject any and/or all bids, in whole or in part, or to award any Contract to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed in his best interest to do so.
