The cutting for Senatobia Memorial Cemetery shall only include all property West of the second cross-road of the cemetery. Specifically, all property West of the Bradford Pear Trees on both sides. And all property North and South, fence to fence, to the second cross-road. Interested parties may submit a sealed proposal for Professional Lawn Services for either or both of the above locations. Each proposal shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope to indicate which locations their proposal contemplates. It is recommended that each proposal include a brief history of their professional experience, how long their business has been in operation, prior experience with large commercial accounts, references with contact name and telephone number, staff experience & qualifications, an equipment list, and anything else that they feel is necessary to paint an accurate picture of their capabilities. The City of Senatobia will review all proposals and present them to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen at the April 16, 2024 Board Meeting The City of Senatobia reserves the right to waive any technicalities or reject any proposals. Invoices for professional services must be submitted monthly The City of Senatobia will designate an official to coordinate the mowing schedule. Services requested for Bethesda Cemetery and Senatobia Memorial Cemetery: • Pick up all trash and any other debris. Mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing grass and debris from all hard surfaces, and raking as required to present a neat appearance for all locations. Haul off and properly dispose of any grass clippings, trash, and other debris. This includes inside the fences and outside the fences, and all the way to the pavement of any adjacent road. The appearance of Bethesda Cemetery and the Senatobia Memorial Cemetery shall reflect that it is maintained and cared for on a regular basis. • Cemetery headstones, monuments, grave markers, footstones, etc. shall have the grass and any other debris blown off or hand-wiped if blowing will not remove the debris properly.
