The Town of Weston is seeking competitive bids from qualified firms to provide Landscaping Services. This bid covers the requirements of the Town of Weston for lawn and garden maintenance services. Bidders will include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to fulfill the requirements of these bid specifications. Buildings included under this contract: Town Hall, Fire Department, Cell Tower Building, Library, Senior Center, Parks & Recreation (Jarvis House & Barn). Also included are two traffic triangles: Steep Hill Road at Good Hill Road & Kellogg Hill Road at Old Redding Road. Term of Contract: The contract period shall be two (2) years from date of award, with the option to extend the contract, on an annual basis, for an additional three (3) years. Any contract extension will be based on the recommendation of the Director of Public Works and shall be contingent upon the approval of the Town of Weston. It is the sole responsibility of the responder to see that the proposal is in the hands of the proper authority prior to the opening. Question Deadline 04/05/2024. Bidders shall not attempt or engage in any ex parte or verbal communications with Town personnel prior to the bid opening deadline. The Town of Weston reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids, or proposals; to waive any technicality in a bid or part thereof submitted, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Weston.
