The Elgin Area Primary Water Supply System (EAPWSS) is issuing this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) to solicit responses from interested, qualified, General Contractor construction companies who are capable of undertaking the construction contract for the Elgin Water Treatment Plant Ultraviolet Disinfection and Backwash Pump Replacement project, located at 43665 Dexter Line in Union, Ontario. This is the first of a two-stage process. Successful Respondents will be invited to participate in the second Request for Tender (RFT) stage. The second stage will be a single RFT for the Elgin Water Treatment Plant Ultraviolet Disinfection and Backwash Pump Replacement project.
