The City of Delray Beach, Florida ("City") is seeking Proposals from qualified firms for professional engineering services relating to construction of Old Germantown Road from Park Access Road to S Congress Avenue, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Qualifications.
