This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Monterra Road Resurfacing Resurfacing approximately 875m of Monterra Road from Grey Road 19 to approximately 150m east of Grand Cypress Lane. Work will include a new 7.0m road surface and a 1.2m paved shoulder on the north side of the road for a portion of the road section, rebuilding maintenance hole and valve chamber chimneys, 1400m of line painting, cable guide rail post replacement, and miscellaneous works.
