The base bid includes Atlas Road from Kathleen Ave to Newbrook Drive. The two bid alternates include Appleway Ave from Ramsey Road to Lowes and Northbound Ramsey Road from Marie Ave to Kathleen Ave. Work also includes traffic control, sweeping, utility adjustments, and temporary pavement markings. A Public Works Contractor License for Idaho is required to bid. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of Bidder s security in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid amount: a) Bidder s Bond executed by a surety company qualified to conduct business in Idaho; b) Certified Check payable to the City; c) Cashier s Check payable to the City; or d) Cash.
