This is the official solicitation for the FY25 Electrical IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) recompete at JB-MDL, NJ. Please read through the solicitation in its entirety and view all attachments. The work consists of, but is not limited to: inspection, testing, construction, maintenance, repair, demolition, and replacement of electrical systems at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Project Title: Electrical Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Project Location: Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst A) The project consists of the inspection, testing, construction, maintenance, repair, demolition, and replacement of electrical systems at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. B) This solicitation will result in a multiple award IDIQ contract and is set aside for Total Small Businesses. A minimum of 3 awardees is anticipated. The contract will consist of a one-year base period plus 4 one-year option periods and a 6 month extension of services. C) NAICS code is 238210; Size standard is $19,000,000.00. D) Contractor shall reference Attch J-7 Section L for preparation of proposals. The solicitation will be evaluated IAW Section M. E) Enter proposal price in Attch J-1 Seed Project Bid Schedule with individual unit prices rounded to the nearest hundredth. Do not add pricing in Section B. F) Past performance questionnaires are due NLT the RFP closing date (Block 13). G) All questions will be submitted to sean.burney.1@us.af.mil 10 days prior to the RFP closing date (Block 13). H) Total aggregate maximum amount expendable under all Electrical contracts awarded shall not exceed $66 million. I) IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of the seed project ranges between $500K and $1M. J) Guaranteed minimum of $500 will be met via contractor's participation in the Orientation Seminar; however, the winning contractor will not receive $500. K) Seed project site visit will be 17 Apr 25 at 1:00 PM EST at (Bldg 5318) 5318 Delaware Ave., (Fort Dix Side) Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. 08640 L) Bid bond, payment and performance bonds required for seed project; payment and performance bonds will be required for subsequent orders.
