Renovation of a multi-residential development in East Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Awarded to Source Electric LLC for $219,293 This project provides for the removal and replacement of the control panel and cabinet, conduit, conductor, and other work for the upgrade of the commercial STEP system at the Landis Pointe apart- ment complex, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $200,000 to $250,000. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that pur- pose, and each proposal must be accompanied by bid bond, or certified check made payable to the City of Olympia, in an amount of not less than (5) percent of the total bid amount. A photocopy of the bid bond or certified check may be uploaded through the Project Bid Portal, however, the physical copy must be received by the City at Olympia City Hall located at 601 4th Avenue East, Olympia WA, 98501 of the second business day following the bid submittal deadline. Any questions regarding the use of the Project Bid Portal for bidding can be directed to Jim Rioux at (360) 753-8484. The City of Olympia reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $200,000 to $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
