Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Project Description: Multi-Year Concrete repairs and waterproofing installation. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: Single Prime, General Contract (all trades) Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond (AIA Document A310-2010) in the amount of 10% of the amount of bid, made payable to Owner. The Bid Bond must be issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Online access will be provided to prime bidders only. Bids may be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to the opening of the Bids. After the Bid opening, Bids may be withdrawn only by complying with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania laws and regulations. The contract involves maintenance of existing facilities; therefore, the Prevailing Minimum Wage Act applies. As a precondition, the Successful Bidder and its Subcontractor(s), their workers, and any persons providing labor and products to the Project are required to provide confirmation of compliance with Act 127 of 2012, in Public Works Employment Verification Act. The Parking Authority of the City of Lancaster hereby reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
