Site work and paving for a civil project in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of April 30, 2025, construction is under way. Please see construction schedule below: 200 North Start: As early as March 10, 2025, starting on 200 N @ 600 W intersection Phase 1 (March 17 - April): 600 West to 350 West Phase 2 (April): 350 West to 200 West Phase 3 (Late April - May): 200 West to Main Street ??400 North Start: May 2025 (estimated) Estimated Project Completion: September 2025 The City is preparing to improve the sewer in 200 North from 600 West to Main and in 400 North from Main to 700 East. This will involve a combination of sewer replacement and lining as well as repairing lateral connections and the laterals in poor condition out into the park strip. 200 NORTH AND 400 NORTH SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT • Sewer Improvements on 200 N from 600 W to Main St. & on 400 N from Main St. to 700 E • Sewer Replacement • Sewer Lining • Lateral replacement • Lateral lining • Sewer Spot Repairs During the Bidding period, all questions pertaining to the project or bid shall be submitted in writing by March 25, 2024 @ 5:00 p.m. to alex.oliphant@loganutah.org. The responses to these questions will be posted daily on the City of Logan’s, Purchasing Division website.
