Site work and paving for a road / highway in Niles, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of May 15, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. Award will be available on May 29, 2024. The scope of work consists of street improvements at various locations throughout the Village of Niles. There is a Base Bid, Alternate 01, and Alternate 02. The contract will be awarded based on the analysis of the base bid unit and total prices. The alternates will be awarded if applicable and will be included in the bid review process. MUST COMPLY WITH AMENDED ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT, 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq. MUST COMPLY WITH EMPLOYMENT OF ILLINOIS WORKERS ON PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 30 ILCS 570/0.01 et seq. Contract will be awarded at the Village of Niles Board Meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
