Renovation of a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The improvement includes replacement of cellular polycarbonate cladding at two pavilion buildings within the Brenton Skating Plaza facility. Work includes removal of existing panels and trim, installation of polycarbonate panels, acrylic windows, gaskets, aluminum trim, and sealant placement at transitions between the cladding system and existing buildings, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 647-173/177, located at Brenton Skating Plaza, 520 Robert D. Ray Drive, Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than November 8, 2024.. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $675,000.00 Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction The City of Des Moines is pleased to provide accommodations to individuals with disabilities or groups and encourages participation in City government.
