Renovation of a fire / police facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Roof Scope Remove complete existing roof, and install new EPDM system. The existing roof system is unknown, to schedule a site visit, please contact the construction manager, as per below Block Coating Scope Pressure wash all floors/ceilings, block walls, and all handrails interior and exterior, to include allfour floors and the roof parapet wall. Caulk/repair joints where block walls intersect the cast concrete floors and ceilings as needed. Repair or replace concrete block as needed. Paint/coat all block (exclude cast floors and ceilings) and handrails with two coats of Sherwin Williams Loxon - Color: Utterly Beige SW6080. Doors Remove existing metal frames and doors and install new, with HM frames slushed with grout & new HM doors, provide, and install new locksets. Windows/Cutouts Remove existing lumber frames and shutter type doors, install new treated lumber frames and treated plywood/sheathing shutter type doors in allwindow/cutouts, latches to be reused, replace all hinges. The Okolona Fire Protection District is seeking sealed bids for renovatingthe training tower located at Station 78-1714 Rangeland Rd , Louisville, KY40219. The renovations include replacing the roof, replacing metal doors/frames, replacing shutter type doors on allcutouts/windows, and prepping and coatingthe masonry block walls. OFPD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and reserves the right to accept that bid determined to be in the best interest of OFPD.
