Repairs to Room 18 at Montebello Park Elementary School 1. Repair and replace interior missing wall and ceiling components. 2. Replace exterior wall stucco. 3. Needed repairs to electrical, HVAC system, fire alarm and plumbing. 4. Replacement of sink cabinet, sink and fixtures. 5. Prep, prime and paint to match existing. 6. All materials are to be completed following District-specified requirements. 7. Protect area from site personnel with caution flagging. 8. Open areas and construction left open overnight must be covered and secured. 9. All work must be inspected/tested after installation to ensure proper installation. 10. Any changes or deviations from the scope require Management approval in writing. District is requesting bids for repairs and replacement of various materials and components to Room 18 at Montebello Park Elementary School and all necessary labor and equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the work as further described in the Scope of Work. Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code and be licensed to perform the work called for in the contract documents. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active Class A, B Contractor License at time of bid and license must be valid through project completion. Engineering Estimates: $ N/A Proposal cost to include prevailing wages, payment & performance bonds if quote exceeds $25,000.00, and the mandatory insurance requirements per the attachment. The District reserves the right to request additional resumes should those submitted be deemed unacceptable for this project
