All pricing included in the proposal must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the submission of bids. City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the proposal. If any addenda are issued to this invitation for proposal, the City shall attempt to notify all prospective proposers who have secured the same, however, it shall be the responsibility of each proposer prior to submitting their proposal to contact the City ofMarietta, Purchasing Division at (770) 794-5698 or dhall@mariettaga.gov 72 hours prior to proposal due date to determine if any addenda were issued and to make sure such addenda is a part of their proposal. EACH PROPOSER SHALL ACKNOWLEDGE IN ITS PROPOSAL ALL ADDENDA RECEIVED Scope of Work Submittal Requirements 7. Company information to include company profile, years in business etc. 11 | P a g e SCOPE OF WORK 1. Upon award ofthe project the contractor will meet with the project stakeholders to determine the limits ofthe desired lighting, the fixture types, and control systems. 3. Incorporating the design criteria, the contractor will design the system and develop a cost proposal to furnish and install the system. Design documents shall be developed and shall include full wiring diagrams and fixture specifications. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract and use the plans to procure competitive bids for the installation ofthe lighting. 6. The system shall be warranted for 2 years for labor. Materials shall follow the manufacturer's warranty. 5. Installation ofthe low voltage lighting system shall be completed following local and industry regulations. The City of Marietta wishes to install low voltage lighting in select areas ofthe Brumby Hall Gardens. The scope ofwork will include design and installation ofthe lighting. 4. The contractor shall be prepared to make changes to the material or design as necessary to meet project budget. 2. The city wishes to install both functional and accent lighting throughout the Brumby Hall Gardens.
