This project is for the Asbestos Abatement Building 1 Room 48 VA NJ Health Care System, Lyons, NJ. The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish this project, Asbestos Abatement Building 1 Room 48, IAW the statement of work, specifications, drawings and installation instructions attached hereto. The contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of 8am and 4:30pm except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the Contracting Officer. NAICS: 562910 Size Standard: $25 million Magnitude of Construction is less than $25,000 Period of Performance: 5 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business (SB).
