the project will include site improvements and new construction of five (5) r-2 multi-family buildings with a total of 40 residential units, eleven (11) r-3 duplex structures with a total of 22 residential units, a community center with manager unit, and a maintenance building. total built area of 62,000 GSF For the purposes of this RFP, FHA is anticipating a Construction Cost range of: Shawnee Place Apartments, Franklin, TN - $11,000,000 to $13,000,000 Cherry Hill Apartments, Waverly, TN - $16,000,000 to $17,900,000 This Request for Proposals encompasses CMAR services for Shawnee Place Apartments, located in Franklin, TN, and Cherry Hill Apartments, Located in Waverly TN. All Proposers must comply with the President's Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex or national origin. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-Kickback Act and the Contract Work Hour Standard Act. Bidders must certify that they do not, and will not, maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on a basis of age, race, sex, color, creed, religion or national origin.
