As of May 13, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project consists of spot interior repair, spot exterior repair and a full exterior overcoat at the Central Street Standpipe and a full tank coating rehabilitation of the Page Street Standpipe in Avon, Massachusetts along with other appurtenant work on the tank. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bid deemed by them to be in the best interest of the Avon Department of Public Works and to limit the extent of the work to keep within the limits of available funds. Contract payment will be by the lump sum price and/or unit price method as indicated on the Bid Form. No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date designated above for the opening. Bids for this Contract are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws (MGL) Chapter 30, Section 39M. Estimated Value $425,000
