Coordinate with the City of Compton Public Works and replace two hundred (200) feet of frontage sidewalk. Remove three (3) on-site trees and roots. Remove existing asphalt paving, grade, compact and install new asphalt paving to construct a new parking area and new drop-off lane. Furnish and install new asphalt paving and seal coat. Strip the parking lot. Furnish and install concrete tire stops. Furnish and install accessible parking signs. Construct two (2) accessible curb ramps with truncated domes. Construct new concrete curb, gutter and ribbon drain. Construct new concrete paving. Furnish and install new steel barrier gates. Furnish and install new chain-link fencing, gates and windscreen. Paint the existing main building entrance ramp handrails. Furnish and install visual warning strips on the existing building entrance stairs. Furnish and install two (2) view glass panes in the entry doors to the main building. Remove, furnish and install new Colin P.
