Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals to develop affordable Mixed Income Rental housing on approximately eleven and a quarter acres (11.25 acres), with approximately ten point ninety-six (10.96) developable acres, at the east corner of Tenaya Way and North of Westcliff Drive, in Las Vegas, Nevada (APN 138-27-801-004). Question Deadline 04/18/2024 at 5:30 PM PT QUESTIONS regarding this solicitation must be submitted via the Questions Tab or directed in writing to the Purchasing & Contracts Representative named on the Event Details Tab.
