Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenmore, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Milling and Paving Town Parking Lots each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid, conditioned that if his proposal is accepted he will enter into a contract for the same, and that he will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract; and be it further the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and to advertise anew, or to award a contract for part or portions thereof as in its judgment it shall deem to be in the best interest of the Town to so do. ANTICIPATED PROJECT AWARD DATE - April 29, 2024 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: June 28, 2024 Mill & Pave Bid per Square Yard to furnish all labor, materials, & equipment to mill and dispose of the top 1 ½” of pavement off existing surfaces and to construct a minimum compacted thickness of 1 ½” NYSDOT Type 7F Top (Marshall Mix) bituminous pavement with tack coat as per the attached Pavement Overlay Specification, and as directed by the Town’s Representative. Asphalt paving shall occur no greater than 2 weeks after the same section of parking lot is milled.
