Reference Number 0000267241 The Contractor shall furnish with their tender, a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent (10%) of the contract amount. 1.Remove existing two dry sprinkler systems from attic space including piping, sprinkler heads draining points. Sprinkler piping to be removed up to the dry sprinkler valves in mechanical room - Level 200. Existing piping supports/hangers to remain. 2.Disconnect and remove dry sprinkler system air compressor and turn it back to owner. 3.Install new two dry sprinkler systems, piping, sprinkler heads, draining points (via other space). Existing hangers/pipe supports to be reused. The main lines 6", 4", 3" sizes (schedule 40) supports to be re-checked with structural engineer and certified, modify as required (some additional may be installed. All to be coordinated by sprinkler contractor and pay all cost. Dry sprinkler system to be design by flow calculation, and certified by sprinkler P. Eng. 4. The tender set sprinkler drawings are provided for purpose of system pricing based on current system installation as built drawings (piping sizing, sprinkler heads type and location) 5. Provide new nitrogen generator package and install to the existing dry sprinkler valves. 6. Provide 2 nitrogen purge valve assembly and install to the existing systems. 7. Wire nitrogen generator and 2 purge valve to the existing electrical panel. 8. All installation to be done in compliance with NFPA - 13. 9. Perform any other work required by this contract. The allocated time for project construction is from June 24, 2024 to August 31, 2024.
