The playground should be unique, aesthetically pleasing, safe and ADA accessible. This project is expected to be completed before January 2025. Project Location: 1. Kurrasch Apartments - 2340 S. 4th Ave. Alpena, MI 49707 (Corner of 4th Ave. & Sheridan St.) 2. Copping Apartments - 500 10th Ave. Alpena, MI 49707 (Right next door to Pole Barn) Playground Features: The playground design should include the following but not limited to: 1. Slide/Slides 2. Climbing Wall 3. Monkey Bars 4. Swing Sets - one bay suitable for 5-12 aged children and one bay suitable for 2-5 aged children Safety Surfacing: Engineered wood fiber is required as safety surfacing around the playground to ensure the safety of the children. Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date: completed before January 2025 Question Acceptance Deadline 04/12/2024 04:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No Project Completion: Upon completion of the project, the playground should be fully functional, safe, and ready for use by children aged 2-12, with swing sets for both age groups.
