We extend this bid to cover all labor, materials, and necessary essentials to furnish, deliver and install eight (8) new aluminum bleachers at PARD Playground, six (6) new aluminum bleachers at Oakdale Playground and one (1) new aluminum bleacher at Kings Grant Playground. All of these Bleachers were damaged from Hurricane IDA.Work shall be performed during normal working hours. All work must be scheduled with owner representative 5 days in advance. The successful bidder shall work normal building working hours (7:00am - 5:00pm) to provide a safe work environment at no extra charge to Jefferson Parish. Lead times per the manufacturer can be discussed with the Department. JEFFERSON PARISH reserves the right to award contracts or place orders on a lump sum or individual item basis, or such combination, as shall in its judgment be in the best interest of JEFFERSON PARISH. Every contract or order shall be awarded to the LOWEST RESPONSIVE and RESPONSIBLE BIDDER, taking into consideration the CONFORMITY WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS and the DELIVERY AND/OR COMPLETION DATE. SPLIT AWARDS MADE TO SEVERAL VENDORS WILL ONLY BE GRANTED TO THOSE DEEMED RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE.
