Renovation of a fire / police facility in Windsor charter Township, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) is requesting professional architectural and engineering services for design and construction administration (Phases 400, 500, 600, and 700) for the renovation of four (4) existing hydraulic passenger elevators and one (1) hydraulic freight elevator in the headquarters building of the Michigan State Police at the State Secondary Complex. The project will consist of removal and replacement of existing elevator machinery, controls, accessories, and the renovation of the existing elevator cabs. The renovation work shall include work on the existing building fire protection systems (fire alarm/ smoke detection, automatic sprinklers). Project Location :7150 Harris Drive, Dimondale, MI 48821.
