The requirements for construction of the Project, and the duties and responsibilities of the contractor whose Proposal is accepted ("Successful Contractor"), are set forth in the Contract Documents which include the Instructions to Proposers; the Contract for Construction and Incorporated General Conditions (the "Contract"); any supplementary and other conditions; the drawings; the specifications; and any addenda issued by the Architect. Question Deadline 04/19/2024 All Questions shall be submitted to the Board in writing at the Procurement Website at https://www.wcsga.net/departments/operations-1/procurement . All questions must be received by the Board no later than five (5) days prior to the hour set to receive proposals. All questions will be answered in writing and included in the addenda
