This work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the preparation and application of polymer modified asphalt-rubber sealant to repair and reseal cracks in flexible pavements at locations designated by the Project Manager. The project will involve the crack sealing of roughly 55,000 LF of cracks along residential roadways in Beaverton. The work will need to be completed prior to July 1st, 2024. The City may reject a Bid that does not comply with all of City's requirements in the Solicitation Document or with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including the requirement that the Bidder demonstrates the Bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.372(3)(b). The City may also reject for good cause all Bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest.
