Site work and paving for a road / highway in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the preparation and application of polymer modified asphalt-rubber sealant to repair and reseal cracks in flexible pavements at locations designated by the Project Manager. The project will involve the crack sealing of roughly 55,000 LF of cracks along residential roadways in Beaverton. The work will need to be completed prior to July 1st, 2024. Subcontractor Disclosure Forms for this project are due no later than 4:00 p.m. For more information regarding this project contact Brant Holaday, Project Manager, at (503) 686-1731. There is no pre-bid conference scheduled for this project. The City may reject a Bid that does not comply with all of City's requirements in the Solicitation Document or with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including the requirement that the Bidder demonstrates the Bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.372(3)(b). The City may also reject for good cause all Bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest. The project cost is approximately between $65000 and $90000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
