Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment is to update the language in the RFQ to clarify that this is a Best Value/Trade Off procurement. Please see page 4 of the RFQ for more details. There are no other changes. The contractor shall submit a quote for services to facilitate development of an Interpretive Master Plan (IMP) to guide the development of the design and exhibitions for a DOJ Museum. Contractor shall provide professional consulting support services to DOJ/JMD, as needed, throughout the period of performance. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The synopsis/solicitation reference number is 15JPSS24Q00000036 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ format is attached to this combination synopsis/solicitation that will be used to submit quotes. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005- 100, Effective August 22, 2018. This acquisition is solicited as a Small Business Set-aside basis under NAICS code 712110 Museums, with a size standard of $34.0 million.
