Site work and new construction of a retail development in Seaside, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
Bid for construction of a new storage building at our Jewell substation located at 79554 Highway 202 in Seaside. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment as described herein. Any bid received after the time specified will not be considered. Faxed or electronic bids will not be accepted. Bid bond equal to ten percent of the total bid is required. Project is for Public Works subject to ORS279C.800 to 279C.870. The County reserves the right to waive minor informalities and reject any or all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids if it is deemed to be in the public interest to do so.
