The Contractors Will Provide: o Weekly Mowing (Depending On The Weather And General Ground Conditions) o Trimming Of Weeds Around Buildings, Playground, Shelters And Trees (Monthly Or As Needed) o Weeding And General Cleaning Of Sandboxes And Areas Under And Around Playground o Monthly Invoices (The 1st Monday Of Each Month) The Areas To Be Maintained Include: o The Nichols Park Located At The Ne Edge Of The City, The Location Has Several Pieces Of Playground Equipment, Shelter, Bathrooms, Basketball Court And A Sandbox. o The Nichols Memorial Park Located On Hwy 22 At The West Side Of Nichols, The Location Has A Band Shelter, Playground Equipment And A Sand Box. o The Nichols Fire Department Area Includes Front And Rear Of Building To Include The Lot South Of The Fire House. o The Nichols City Hall, Located At 429 Ijem Ave, Area Include Small Area To The Front And East Of Building, Weeding And Trimming Would Be Required With Each Mowing. o Strip Between Old School Apartment And Geertz Property. o Mow And Weed Around Lift Station Contractors Will Be Required To Have All Necessary Equipment To Complete The Tasks Outlined Above.
