The Town of Flower Mound is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to establish a list of approved firms to provide professional engineering services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ). This SOQ provides interested firms with the information necessary to prepare and submit their qualifications for consideration. The selected firms will be retained for a period of two years. Projects during the two year period will be assigned to a firm on the Town's approved list. The firm will be requested to provide a proposal for their service for approval by the Town. The proposal shall include an Opinion of Probable Cost for construction of the project if applicable. Provide a full-service engineer regiment for design and/or contract documents suitable for bidding purposes for roadways, water, wastewater, storm sewer, traffic and transportation engineering, all-purpose trails, parks, and landscaping. Provide a fullservice engineer regiment for master plans, other engineering related studies, and project cost estimating. April 30, 2024 at 12:00 pm (CT) will be the deadline for receipt of bidder questions. After that day and time, no bidder questions will be accepted or answered by the Engineer or Town.
