Ft.) and Replacement With New Fully Adhered Epdm Roof Membrane Over Cover Board and Polyisocyanurate Insulation. Bid Bond: a Bid Bond in the Amount of 5% of the Base Bid Amount, Executed by an Acceptable Surety Company, or a Cashier's Check Payable to the Henry Ford, Shall Be Submitted With Each Proposal.
