Landmark has been selected to deliver this Lease-Leaseback project, for our valued client, Placer County Office of Education. We are the selected firm for this project. Project Summary: Complete roof replacement at 1400 Stanford Ranch Rd. Rocklin, CA 95765. Landmark requires all subcontractors to submit a prequalification application. Landmark's prequalification application can be found in the folder marked "Landmark Prequalification Application" in the Plan Room. Submit Landmark's prequalification application to frontdesk@landmarkconst.net . PLEASE NOTE: Any work claimed by the Carpenters Union MUST be performed by signatory firms. DVBEs are encouraged to provide proposals. Landmark is willing to break down work items into economically feasible units to facilitate DVBE participation. We are willing to assist qualified DVBE firms in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and/or insurance. This IS a LLB Project. It is not a PLA Project.
