The City of Beaumont requests bids to furnish all plans, administration, superintendence, labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities, and all other items and facilities necessary therefore, as provided in the Contract Documents for the construction of: Union Pacific Railroad Ditch Maintenance (Washington Blvd to Virginia St) Bidders must submit an original Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, Certified Check or irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a bank satisfactory to the Owner, payable without recourse to the order of the City of Beaumont in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the largest possible bid amount as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into contract and execute bond and guaranty in the form provided within fourteen (14) calendar days after date of Notice of Award of the contract. Bids without the required financial security deposit will not be considered.
