New construction and addition to an educational facility in Hesperia, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for the construction of a educational facility.
The new modular classroom buildings at Cottonwood, Eucalyptus, Kingston, and Mesquite Trails Elementary Schools for Hesperia Unified School District to be delivered CM Multi-Prime. Project includes new 72’ x 40’ modular classroom buildings at each site that will be placed on a concrete foundation, along with site utilities for new building, and associated site work including upgrades to existing path of travel, concrete flatwork, asphalt, striping, fences, gates, ramps, and handrails. All bids are to be submitted to Hesperia Unified School District located at 15576 Main St, Hesperia, CA 92345 Prequalification of Bidders: Bids will not be accepted if a Contractor has not been prequalified where prequalification is required. If this project includes work that will be performed by mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (“MEP”) subcontractors (contractors that hold C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses), such MEP subcontractors must also be prequalified. Prequalification documents are available from PQ Bids at http://pqbids.com/hesperia/. Prequalification documents must be submitted by April 11, 2024 but not less than Ten (10) business days prior to bid opening date. RFI’s due: April 18, 2024 @ 5:00 pm to Byanka Nunez
