This solicitation is to establish an Agency Term Contract for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) to furnish Aggregates for the various Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs) located around the State. The complete list of locations can be found on Attachment C - Price Sheet. The contract is to be effective for a period of 12 months beginning with the date of award. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two additional 12 month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed 36 months.
