The Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the County), the Municipality of Trent Lakes, the Township of Cavan Monaghan, the Township of Selwyn, the Township of Douro-Dummer, and the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen (the Townships/Municipalities) are requesting tender submissions for Surface Treatment on various roads within the County of Peterborough. The Successful Bidder(s) for this Request for Tender (RFT) will enter into separate agreements for Surface Treatment Services with each of the participating Townships/Municipalities. Where this RFT refers to the County specifically it is to be understood that the same terms, conditions, and requirements apply to each of the participating Townships/Municipalities. Location 1: County Road 504 must be completed no later than Friday, July 28th, 2023. Please note, the culvert replacement within Location 1 must be completed no later than May 15th, 2023, due to environmental constraints.
