CRP FY24 McCone Hall 141 GA Classroom Renovation DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Refresh and renovate McCone Hall Rm 141 classroom including the removal of all the existing finishes, fixed seating, concrete tiering, ceiling and lighting; installation of new finishes, fixed seating, new tiering, light fixtures, and audio visual systems infrastructure. A minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) comparable higher education classroom projects, with a construction value at award of $1,200,000 or greater, completed in the past seven (7) years that demonstrate the bidder's ability to successfully complete the project with respect to project size, cost, use, complexity, etc. DO NOT include projects currently under construction. In addition, provide documentation that the bidder's Project Manager and Superintendent have successfully completed a minimum of two (2) projects in the past five (5) years that meet the aforementioned higher education classroom project criteria. Provide Project Manager and Superintendent resumes with comparable projects listed. All submitted projects must be within the immediate nine Bay Area counties (Defined as Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties, California). Include the following for each project: (a) project name, (b) project address, (c) owner's name, (d) contract value at award, (e) total Change Order value, (f) completion date, (g) Owner's Representative email address and current phone number and (h) describe how project is comparable to project being bid.
