Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Harmony Public Schools (HPS), dba Houston North TX, North TX (DFW Area), and South TX districts open-enrollment charter schools, will be accepting competitive sealed proposals for approximately 250,000sqft of branding/exterior painting project. The project scope of work includes purchasing supplies, materials, equipment, and labor, repair damage areas, patching and sanding all cracks, painting of all exterior walls, signage installation, and other operations required work as specified in the project documents. (#HPS2024 Branding/Exterior Painting). HPS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any or all irregularities.
