Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pratt, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: Rehabilitate Taxilanes (Asphalt Overlay) & Concrete Apron (Re-seal Joints). In general, this work will require the following approximate quantities: Base Bid: Cold Milling (17,000 SY); HMA - Commercial Grade Class A (2,452 Ton); Re-Seal Concrete Joints (15,465 LF); Concrete Crack Repair; Concrete Spall Repair; Utility Adjustments; Pavement Marking; Alternate Bid: Hangar Door Track Rehabilitation (8 EA) This project is subject to the requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation. The Airport Sponsor has established a contract participation goal of 1.98% for small business concerns owned and controlled by certified disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). The Owner's award of this contract is conditioned upon the bidder satisfying the good faith effort requirements of 49 CFR 26.53. KAIP NO. AV-2024-25 (DESIGN) KAIP NO. This project will involve the following work items and estimated quantities. Prospective bidders are advised that the quantities are approximate and are subject to change per Section 40 of the General Provisions.
