The Bidders Shall Acknowledge Receipt Of Addenda On Both The Outside Of The Envelope And On The Appropriate Blanks On The Proposal Documents. In A Separate Envelope, Attached To The Outside Of The Envelope Containing The Proposal, Each Bidder Shall Enclose A Copy Of The License Of Certificate Of Renewal Thereof Issued By The Secretary Of State As Required By Section 43-07-12 Of The North Dakota Century Code As Amended And A Bid Bond Of 5% Of The Full Bid Amount Is Required. Upon Delivery Of A Contract To The Successful Bidder, The Contractor Shall Furnish A Payment & Performance Bond Each In 100% Of The Contract Amount To Insure Performance And Material Payments To All Persons Involved In Construction Of The Project. The Project Scope Of Work Includes Concrete Removal And Replacement, Asphalt Removal And Replacement, Water Service Disconnection, New Water Service, Landscaping, And Irrigation. Contractor May Start Work On June 3, 2024 But Must Maintain Water Service To The School Until July 19, 2024, And The Project Is To Be Fully Completed By August 9, 2024 The Owner Reserves The Right To Hold All Legitimate Bids For A Period Of Thirty (30) Days After The Date Fixed For The Opening Thereof. The Owner Further Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids Or Portions Thereof And To Waive Irregularities, And The Owner Shall Incur No Legal Liability For The Payment Of Any Monies Until The Contract Is Awarded And Approved By The Proper Authorities The project scope of work includes concrete removal and replacement, asphalt removal and replacement, water service disconnection, new water service, landscaping, and irrigation.
